One of my most fond childhood memories were of my Mom and Dad handmaking the most beautiful Birthday cakes in the world. My Mom would spend hours the day before our birthday's decorating our cake. We could pick any character we wanted, Carebear, Princess, Strawberry Shortcake, and more. I gave cake decorating a go this week. Jaya was by my side for moral support!
