She's Small but Man Can She Eat!!!
She loves to feed herself. Her new favorites are Cheerios, corn, rice, and basically anything as long as you never stop feeding her. She hates the breaks in between :-)
Meeting our New Addition - When our Five became Six
Last Sunday was special, we meet Caera Pearl. She is Travis's 10 year old daughter and our whole family met her for the first time. Wow, she is amazing! She is a 40 year old stuck in a 10 year old's body. She is smart, well-mannered, driven, ambitious, and kind. We are blessed that she is part of our family. We started the day at Boston Pizza scarfing down a pineapple ham pizza in Calgary. Then it was off to the Glenbow Museum. Travis and Caera were able to participate in a painting project in the museum. We took pictures, we learned, we laughed, but most of all we just enjoyed the time all together. Complete...
Caera is actively involved in competitive swimming. Her favorite stroke being the butterfly. She is driven to get good grades because she plans to go to the University of Calgary's vet program. She eventually would like to be a vet in Perdis and run a practice that helps all types of animals. She loves horses, cows, and dogs... Her favorite color is any type of green. Her favorite store at the mall is Stitches (I didn't even know that was a store?)and Claires. She tells me she's not a picky eater and her favorite foods are tacos and lasagna. She loves school and is looking forward to it starting soon. She said she is ready to ride her bike to school but her mom is not ready for her to. We are looking forward to learning more about her and spending more time with her.....

Travis's 30th Birthday
When I first met him the idea of growing older was horrible for him. However, with all of the wonderful times we have had and additions to our family, I think he is secrectly enjoying it! We talk about what life will be like in 20 years. The future seems bright. I am looking forward to growing old with this man. Happy 30th Birthday to my husband and our children's father :-)

Our Friend and Neighbor Katrina
The girls were both invited to our neighbor Katrina's 4th Birthday Party! The cupcake decorating table was a hit! Jaya loves going over for play dates at Katrina and Harry's house...
